Pandemic Pandemonium
Ireland is said to be among the least-prepared countries in Europe to combat a potential influenza pandemic.Reports this morning said the Department of Health had still not made any arrangements to buy drugs to combat any future pandemic.
The department has reportedly blamed hospital consultants for the matter due to their boycott of a committee set up to review Ireland's preparedness.
Another woeful example of the attitude to health issues by this Government.So if there is a pandemic and people die, the Government's response will be to pass the buck to hospital consultants?How can these clowns be leading in opinion polls?Sort this out,Harney!
