World Cup still a possibility
Well the World Cup dream lives on for Ireland - just about. Ireland managed to defeat Cyprus 1-0. Rubbish game, rubbish performance but a brilliant result. Shay Given was fantastic today and it was good to see Stephen Elliot get his first goal but everything else was diabolical and it appears Duff could miss the game against Swizerland on Wednesday due to injury.
Still, we're in with a shout. Keep hope alive and bring on the Swiss!
