UI's Celtic Mythology - Dubh
Dubh was a druidess. According to one Irish tradition, her anger at her husband Enna's passion for another woman ultimately led to the name of Dublin. Dubh used magic to drown her rival, but her husband in turn drowned her in what became known as Dubhlinn ("Dubh's pool").
Interesting tradition. Well, it is if you're a Dub!
