Something to chew over
A majority of Irish parents claim to only give their children snacks once a day or less.
Around 43 percent provide snack foods less than five times a week.
20 percent say they only give treats once a week.
I hope the people who answered this survey are lying! Snacks once a day or less? That's all well and good...for a juvenile delinquent! Are these parents serious?
I had crisps, chocolate and sweets all the time when I was a kid. As long as a kid eats his/her dinner, what's the problem? There's nothing wrong with a bag of crisps and some sweets in the evening.
These parents need to ease up a little.
