Kerr-ful management...
We're only one day away now from the crunch tie between Ireland and Switzerland at Lansdowne Road. Ireland must win to guarantee at least a play-off place. Roy Keane and Damien Duff miss the game through injury. There are alot of question marks surrounding the line-up for Wednesday's game. I was reading the Irish Independent yesterday and amazingly they said Robbie Keane should be dropped for the game in favour of Morrisson and young Elliot. What nonsense! The real reason they said that of course is because Keane is at loggerheads with the media since they criticised him for going out for a few drinks a couple of days before Ireland's match with France. Regarding the line-up I know what side I would pick for the match and it is the one that I have listed below:
(G) Shay Given
(D) Ian Harte
(D) Andy O'Brien
(D) Kenny Cunningham
(D) Steve Finnan
(M) Andy Reid
(M) Matt Holland
(M) John O'Shea
(M) Stephen Reid
(F) Robbie Keane
(F) Clinton Morrisson
That would be my team. What would be yours?
