I see that French President Jacques Chirac has announced today that France will hold a referendum on the European Constitution in the Spring and has called on government ministers to work for a yes vote.
Chirac had this to say,"The European project is at the heart of our national interest".
He went on to add that,"On choosing Europe anew France increases its chances for the future and gives itself the means to have more weight in the world".

There you have it straight from the horse's mouth!Well,Jacques,the constitution may be in the best interests of France but it's not in the best interests of Ireland!

Irish people say NO to this constitution!
