Bush gives Bill the middle finger

I found it interesting to hear that US President George W. Bush has decided to veto the Democrat-controlled Congressional bill which would have linked war funding to a timetable for withdrawal of American troops in Iraq.

The US senate last week voted 51 to 46 in favour of the legislation, which stated the pull-out must start by October 1st and which set a target of completion by March 31st 2008.

I find it somewhat ironic that the man who strongly promotes democracy in Iraq totally ignores it when it's on his own doorstep.

Can we now add Dubya to the list of the world's most powerful dictators?
